Refund Policy

Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

No Refunds After the Event

Once your event date has passed, refunds are not available. Photos have been collected and the service has been delivered.

Tier Changes

We do not support downgrading to a lower tier. If you purchased the wrong tier, request a full refund (if eligible) and repurchase the correct one.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at hello@gathered.cam with your order details. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment processor, and typically appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
