gathered.cam ("we", "us", "our") provides a per-event photo sharing service. By purchasing an event or uploading photos, you agree to these terms.
We provide a hosted platform where event hosts can collect and share photos from guests for a single event. Each event purchase includes 12 months of hosted storage from the date of purchase.
Purchases are per-event and processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service in addition to ours.
You may not use gathered.cam to upload or distribute:
We reserve the right to remove content and terminate access for violations without refund.
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and serve your content for the purpose of operating the service. We do not claim ownership of your photos and will not use them for any other purpose.
Hosted event data, including photos, is retained for 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, event data is permanently deleted. We will not provide advance notice of deletion beyond this stated policy.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected event.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
